JDACars provides a complete range of transportational services including all the necessary documentation, expenses inside Japan, booking vessels for shipping, arranging ocean freight insurance and shipping vehicles till the port of destination requested by customer in a timely manner. We will handle the routine and all the aspects of a Japanese automobile action.
Payment of freight costs will depend on the type of shipping:
1. FOB: Free On Board, this is the vehicle purchase price plus the costs of processing (vehicle purchase cost, auction fee, transport & handling within Japan, de-registration and document processing fees, service fee).
2. CIF: Cost, Insurance and Freight, which is the vehicle purchase price, the cost of processing and cost of freight.
We will send you the Customs Invoice, Bill of Landing and all necessary documents and inform you of the arrival date.

a) Insurance is optional, 5,000 yen. Please, inform us to insure your shipment during the order process if you need.
á) Freight information above is valid for a usual sedan. However, freight costs depend on a vehicle dimensions. Accordingly, delivery of large cars, trucks, buses etc will be more expensive. (For more details click here)
â) In order to reduce your costs, we transport your car from the Auction Hall, where it was purchased, to the nearest port in Japan. In case the nearest port is quite far from the auction hall, additional charges might be expected. Please, refer the table (see map):
